| ...have been really hectic so far, in a really unspecific way (if that makes any sense). Lots of little things going on all at the same time. Work...well, work has been what it is...needless to say, I'm not enjoying it much. But the holidays are just about upon us, and, me being me, I like to buy presents for certain people. In particular, I am really enjoying the hunt for things for Zack this year. I'm finding it an interesting challenge to find things that are age appropriate, fun, and something that I'm hoping will be somewhat educational for the boy too...There's so much stuff out there that is just...well...crap. Bad crap.
So, it's been a while, and it just might be a while again due to the season, but...

...so, 3 friends and I worked Barrett's Haunted Mansion. It was simply amazing. Words cannot describe how much fun it was to completely terrify 1300 people in under 5 hours. I'm exhausted, hoarse, tired, sore, and utterly thrilled at how cool it was. I fear that Halloween might be a bit of a letdown, compared to this, but hell, I'm willing to give it a good shot anyways. Maybe I'll get some photos up of some of the people that I worked with, and/or the party on Saturday, and/or the actual night of Spooktation.

A friend of mine just sent me a link to http://www.google.com/codesearch. Apparently you can just punch in a language and what you are looking for, and with the usual google magic, you get code samples. I'm going to have to play around with this one and see how it goes. Laters... | | |

Well, I'm sitting here trying to get used to PHP and mySQL. Very different in some ways from ASP and SQL. We'll get this puppy up and running and start getting some good content in there. Cheers. | | |
